Gym again, worrying signs

Well gym again last night, did a quick run - 15mins at 12km/h and 5mins at 14km/h.

Shockingly I only covered just over 4k in that time, i somehow thought i would do more and i was knackered.... a bad sign... especially if I want to do the marathon in under 4 hours.. more training needed i think.

Also went on the leg extension machine and as usual i cannot do it over the full range of motion... i get pain on the full extension at the front of my knee-cap. Mr. Internet says this is a common syndrome called Runners Knee... hopefully i can prevent it from becoming a serious issue but will have to monitor it.

95kg... no weight loss

Don't stress, I find the same thing when I go for a fast run - i end up completely wrecked after not too far! We can do it!!
